• Check Request Form for Accessing Foundation Program Funds
  The Check Request Form is used to access and/or reimburse program charges covered by the appropriate program fund agreement.
   
• Fundraising Activity Request Form and Fundraising Procedures
  This form and related guidelines are in place to help support Seattle Colleges colleagues coordinate their fundraising endeavors.
   
• In-Kind Donation Form and Process Overview
  Use this process to propose an in-kind donation to Seattle Colleges.

  Acceptable in-kind donations are charitable gifts of goods – such as equipment, machinery, vehicles, and tools – or services that serve the purposes of and support the Seattle Colleges.

• Payroll Deduction Gift Form for Seattle Colleges Employees
  This process is for Seattle Colleges faculty, staff, and administrators who want to make a gift via automatic payroll deduction.
