Resumes are not a required component of a scholarship application but recommended as it shares with reviewers the applicant’s commitments, accomplishments, and interests that may not have been shared in other places on other areas of the application. Important things to highlight include special recognitions or awards, leadership roles, family responsibilities, and work or volunteer experience.
